    Shrimp Bingo

    Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Engineers Club of Kansas City (ECKC), we would like to invite you to the 2025 Shrimp Bingo event on Feb. 7, 2025, at the Overland Park Convention Center. We look forward to pledging the oath and booing an architect or two!

Shrimp Bingo continues to be a premier social and networking event in the area (over 1,200 in attendance). That has always been a secondary goal. The mission of Shrimp Bingo will continue to be funding our College Student Assistance Program, which has given out over $1 million in scholarships since 2001. Your participation in 2024 raised $79,000! We cannot do it without you and your company’s generous support.

Ticket and sponsorship information can be found in the attached flier. We will again have a tiered early bird pricing structure for current members, with the opportunity for our platinum and gold sponsors to develop their own sponsorship slides for the event.

As a reminder, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED. The Overland Park Convention Center will be offering supplemental food and drink packages. Additional details to be available closer to the event.

We would like to thank everyone for their past and future support of STEM in Kansas City and for keeping Shrimp Bingo the marquee event envied by other professional organizations everywhere. We look forward to seeing you in February!

    Sincerely,

    Becky Bonebrake and Jason Waldron
